Seoul, South Korea Photo Gallery
Gwen's dressed in traditional Korean style.
Another of the traditional dress, provided at the port, even purses for the outfit.
Korea has many Christians and Seoul several megachurches. This is one we passed during our taxi ride.
Another megachurch.
I loved all the blooms, cherry blossoms and forsythia.
Most of our time in Seoul was spent here at N Seoul Tower.
We first took this cable car to a platform area full of love locks. Then an elevator, which had a video show in it, to the viewing area.
The N Seoul Tower and some of the love locks.
There were so many love locks everywhere up there!!!
One of the locks that I liked.
Locks of love trees.
I liked this lock!
Doug and Margaret bought a lock and this is where it's locked forever.
The 4 of us at the Seoul Tower.
A nice view from the tower. Seoul is very big, Korea's biggest city.
We weren't that far from North Korea. Many from the cruise ship went to the DMZ.
A nice view from the tower.
I like the shadow of the tower.
Another tower view. Can you see some cherry blossoms down by the road?
Some kind of stadium, but not sure which one.
A view of Hangang River.
Part of the ancient city wall.
I love the trail of the blossomed trees.
A view from the tower towards the mountains.
Our lunch special appetizers, Pumpkin soup and some kind a crunchy seaweed thing.
My lunch of Korean BBQ steak and a stew. It was very good!
Desert and tea, part of the lunch special.
I've never seen such a nice presentation of desert, part in a fancy box with a mirror.
My view during lunch. See all the traffic! It took almost 2 hours to get from the port of Incheon to here.
A view I saw sitting on the toilet. That was an unique experience.
Proof of the toilet with a view.
Sweet almond tree bloom.
Wall art on a back street we walked on going to the subway.
Old mixed with the new.
Art by Seoul Square Mall
In the subway-We were avoiding some of the crazy traffic to get back to the port area quicker, and we like to experience the different subways.
Want some Sweat to drink? This was in a vending machine that we saw.
Pretty lights in the harbor before we left.
