The Serenade of the Seas Photo Gallery
The Centrum-We enjoyed listening as Dominic played this piano on some afternoons.
The R Bar and elevators in the Centrum.
The elevator waiting area-These weren't used as much as other cruise ships, because people were determined to get more exercise.
Brian's favorite spot each morning. Sometimes I was nice and went to get his favorite coffee for him. He knew all the staff here and they knew him, too.
The stairway in the dining room between the first and second floors.
The middle of the dining room.
They made this into a puzzle and game room. I did diamond art in this room, too. On the last half of the cruise they let our Bible study group reserve it at 9am each sea day. It was very nice to have a big area saved for our group.
The area of the shops, which we walked through more times than I can count.
We had $125 to spend on each mini-segment, so got some t-shirts, ornaments and other clothing.

A model of our ship, the Serenade of the Seas.
This chart of our sail routes was also at the entrance to the Schooner Bar.

The Safari Club.
The middle of the Safari Club. I have a lot of good memories right in this spot. So many activities like Night at the Races, dance class, Sit-to-be-Fit classes, Beatle dance parties, etc.
The Safari Club-The yarn club met here during sea days.
The Safari Club-This is where the choir met to learn new songs.
The entrance to the cinema.
The cinema, which Brian and I enjoyed from time to time. If only I wasn't so busy doing other stuff I would've enjoyed it more.
Just outside the Castle & Crown Pub. Sometimes we played euchre here while also enjoying Daniel's music.
The Crown & Castle Pub where we spent many a night enjoying Daniel's music.
In the casino, where Brian played Texas Hold'em sometimes.
The casino.
The Casino.
This was a favorite slot machine in the casino. I never played it, because it was also the smoking section. Brian played it once when no smokers were around and won a nice jackpot.
This was my favorite slot machine. We were given $6-8 free play at the beginning of each mini-segment. I won $50 one of the times.
Vintages Wine Bar.
One of the Washy, Washy girls-Someone was always there to welcome us at the Windjammer.
The Windjammer with Derek and Ian walking towards us. They were heads of the food and beverage team.

One of my favorite parts of the Windjammer, the salad bar.
Another side of the Windjammer.
I though that the food in the Windjammer was really good.
The dessert bar and ice cream machine.
Rosa's Cafe and where we got o Diet Coke.
Booths as Rosa's where we liked to eat.
The very back of the Windjammer. We loved eating out here if the weather was nice. Sometimes we didn't want to leave.
The arcade, in which I never played, although I always had plans to.
Anyone for some shuffleboard? This is deck 12 and they also had some courts on deck 5.
Izumi specialty restaurant with Asian food.
Inside Izumi-They had good food, and We should've eaten here more.
The library, which had so many good books! They added this just for the world cruise.
The catwalk to the mini golf course.
On Deck 13-the mini-gold course.
The mini-golf course.
The pool for little kids. It was almost like a private pool to the kids onboard.
The sports court, which is usual to find empty. It's because we were in port at NYC and we stayed on the ship today. They played everything from dodgeball, to volleyball, and pickleball to basketball, etc.
The main pool area and Sky and Pool Bars- Can you tell that it's newly painted?
The main pool area looking towards the big screen where they played movies at night and we watched the Super Bowl.
Some cute towel animals at the towel station.
Park Central Cafe, where you can get food in the afternoon and at night, but out room was right below this area, and it was very noisy!
The Solarium pool and hot tub. This is where I liked to swim.
The Solarium is beautiful!
Another view of the Solarium.
Decoration going into the Solarium!
The hallway of the spa.
Hallway of the spa.
A resting area of the spa.
The Spa. I did use the services here once and got a facial. I did this near the end of the cruise, which is good, because it was so nice I might have spent a lot of money using the services here more often.
The nice gym facilities.
The gym-I did go here several times in the beginning, but I was enjoyed walking around the ship so much and got so much exercise touring, that my time here was limited.
Vanessa lifting weight at the gym.
Anytime a ship is in a port for the first time (the maiden call) the city presents the captain with a plaque. These were all the plaques we received on our trip.
